About Hannah
Hannah is a Fully Accredited CBT Therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).
She has over 20 years of experience working with both adolescents and adults in the NHS and Private Sector.
Whilst Hannah's core specialism throughout her career has been in CBT, she is also able to extend this into the corporate environment through providing training and development to organisations in building and sustaining resilience within individuals and teams.
She is an experienced, genuine and confident practitioner with a natural, empathic nature that coupled with her CBT training, encourages change where it matters.
In the past Hannah has been a trainer for the mental health charity MIND and has held visiting lecturer posts at the University of Liverpool, Chester Campus, for those training in CBT and IAPT Services and continues to provide supervision to trainee CBT Therapists.
